User-generated content (logos) and the business descriptions provided are stored for a limited time before being permanently deleted.

We do not share, sell, or distribute user data to any third parties. Your information remains strictly within our system for app development purposes only.

We work with one third-party service provider: RevenueCat which has its own Terms and Conditions.

• The AI-generated logos created using the App belong to the user.
• The AI algorithms, app design, and software remain the property of the App developer.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
